Effects of Negative Thinking!
Your mood greatly affects the way you perceive life. It can be your birthday or your wedding anniversary but once something ticks you off then it might as well be the end of the world.
Unfortunately many people find a lot of things quite upsetting nowadays and oftentimes constant exposure to social media is not helping especially when you find yourself in an online argument against a troll who just called you fat and ugly for no other reason than to insult you.

Confidence

Stress

Body weight

Those who gain weight when depressed are the ones who try to solve their depression thru binge eating particularly sweets
