Simcha Zevit
Description
While I love engaging with all kinds of clients, I work primarily with mission driven leaders and teams in Jewish and interfaith communities, non-profit/social impact sectors, and healthcare. I am driven by a desire to empower and support those who serve the greater good, and to help people have more access to more of who they are and can be.
I use the term WholeBeing to describe my approach to coaching because I believe that we need all of our inner resources to lead and live fully - this includes somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, growth-oriented mindsets that can hold complexity, and alignment with vision and a deep sense of purpose. Research shows again and again that inner development of these resources drives outer impact.
Every client, and therefore every coaching engagement, is unique. The overall result we aim for is also unique, but the clients I work with are often reaching for a a deepening sense of wholeness, authenticity, empowerment, and positive sustainable change within themselves and in the world around them.
I founded Simcha Zevit Coaching after many years of experience helping others live into their best selves personally and professionally: as a rabbi, founder of a non-profit spirituality organization, an educator, mindfulness teacher, a trainer/facilitator. and as a spiritual care provider for patients, families and staff in two major US hospitals,
I work with SixSeed Partners, and Imun Coaching Network in addition to contracting with clients through Simcha Zevit Coaching.
My passion is working with individuals, teams, and organizations who care about maximizing their inner potential to bring outer change that contributes to creating a better world where all can thrive.
