Dr. Platzer is CEO of SixSEED Partners, a healthcare consultancy firm she founded with Joy Goldman and Cliff Kayer to provide integrated solutions to heal healthcare. Driven by a vision to cultivate empowered leaders, teams, and organizations for the health of our communities, Petra spearheads a team of expert senior healthcare executives, organizational development practitioners, and certified leadership coaches, all equally committed to driving transformational change across strategic, operational and cultural domains. Originally trained as a cancer researcher, Petra’s own leadership evolution at the Cleveland Clinic led her to international speaking engagements focused on culture change efforts. Now, as a sought-after catalyst for new ways of thinking, communicating and achieving meaningful impact, Petra brings a systemic, evidence-based coaching approach to developing the essential leadership capacities for actualizing our individual, team and system’s health. Dr. Platzer is also Director of Georgetown University’s Health and Wellness Coaching certification program, which is dually-credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Petra is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership coaching program, co-inventor on a patent, has multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and was named “Woman of the Year – Forward Thinker” by Glamour Magazine and Toyota (2005).
