The silent epidemic of burnout is taking a toll on healthcare professionals everywhere. Many doctors come home exhausted, drained of energy, and unable to truly enjoy their lives—even though, on the surface, everything may seem successful. Too often, these professionals feel stuck, dissatisfied with their progress, and even contemplate leaving their careers. The pressures of daily work can lead to a cascade of problems, from depression to issues like divorce, alcohol use, and substance abuse.
I’m Dr. Yuriy, and I’ve been there. As a doctor who has personally experienced burnout, I understand the deep frustration and hopelessness that comes with it. But life isn’t supposed to feel this way. We’re meant to thrive—not just survive.
That’s why I’ve created this program—designed specifically for healthcare professionals—to help you rediscover your wellness and purpose. With 12 years of studying self-help, psychology, wellness, and coaching, I’ve developed a comprehensive approach to combat burnout.
